What is Viagra + Cialis Power Pack?
Cialis and Viagra are used to treat erectile dysfunction, more commonly known as impotence. A man is impotent if he cannot achieve or sustain an erect penis for sexual activity. Cialis and Viagra are oral treatments for erectile dysfunction.
Unlike previously approved treatments for impotence, Viagra and Cialis do not directly cause penis erection, but affect the response to sexual stimulation. The drugs act by enhancing the smooth muscle relaxation using nitric oxide, a chemical that is normally released in response to sexual stimulation. This smooth muscle relaxation allows increased blood flow into certain areas of the penis leading to an erection.

How do Viagra and Cialis work?
VIagra and Cialis enable many men with ED to respond to sexual stimulation. When a man is sexually aroused, the arteries in the penis relax and widen, allowing more blood to flow into the penis. With more blood flowing in and less flowing out, the penis enlarges, resulting in an erection.

How much time does it take to work?
Take one tablet by mouth about 20 minutes to 40 minutes before you plan to have sex. If you take the Cialis or Viagra after a high-fat meal (such as fish & chips, cheeseburger or French fries), the medicine may take a little longer to start working.

What is the difference between Cialis and Viagra?
Cialis comes in smaller doses and produces fewer side effects. It also works much faster than Viagra. In clinical trials, the majority of men who took the drug were able to engage in sexual intercourse within 30 minutes or less. These studies also indicated that Cialis stays effective in the system for up to 24 hours. This compares to a 4-hour norm for Viagra. However, Pfizer's Viagra has been in use since 1998 and is still the most popular treatment for male impotence.
